Brinell hardness tester for wheels

Test procedure:
• The workpiece is loaded by the customer.
• The wheel rim is positioned to the stop
• The milling and testing cycle is started by the operator.
• The workpiece is clamped in place and a small milling operation is performed.
• The milling chips are removed via an optional extraction device.
• The hardness test head is swung into position and the actual test according to HBW10/3000 is started.
• The result is displayed on the monitor as an image.
