Brinell hardness tester for wheel

Test procedure:

  • The workpiece is placed on the loading area by the customer.

  • The operator then pushes it into the hardness testing area to a stop.

  • The milling and testing cycle is then started by the operator.

  • The workpiece is clamped and a small milling operation is performed.

  • The milling chips are removed via an optional extraction device.

  • The hardness test head is swung in and the actual test is started according to HBW10/3000.

  • The result is displayed on the monitor with an image.
