Test procedure:
-
The workpiece is placed on the loading area by the customer.
-
The operator then pushes it into the hardness testing area to a stop.
-
The milling and testing cycle is then started by the operator.
-
The workpiece is clamped and a small milling operation is performed.
-
The milling chips are removed via an optional extraction device.
-
The hardness test head is swung in and the actual test is started according to HBW10/3000.
-
The result is displayed on the monitor with an image.
